Cancellation Policy

If you encounter issues receiving a reservation or if a purchased reservation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond A Table For You's control, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.

Please note, this policy applies only when the cancellation or unavailability is caused by factors external to your control and not due to failure to comply with A Table For You's terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

If a reservation becomes unavailable because you did not follow the guidelines provided (as specified in the confirmation email from A Table For You), you will not be eligible for a refund. These guidelines may include using the name provided in the confirmation, refraining from mentioning A Table For You or third-party platforms, and adhering to other terms and conditions outlined by A Table For You.

We are not responsible for cancellations due to late arrival at the restaurant.

To report reservation issues or request a cancellation, please email us at hello@atableforyou.com. Include your reservation number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue for prompt resolution.

Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the issue arising to be considered. Refund requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the original payment method. Please allow this timeframe before inquiring further about your refund.

By purchasing a reservation through A Table For You, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. Non-compliance with the policy's terms and conditions may result in denial of refund requests.

A Table For You reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website and will apply to all reservations made after the effective date of the changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review the cancellation policy for updates.
